We do not carry out overseas deliveries ourselves; however, we are happy to liaise with your chosen shipping company directly regarding delivery of your items to the shipping companies’ depot within England and Wales. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered to the shipping company.
Once your order is placed we will send out a confirmation email, which contains an order reference number and order status, which will remain stated as ‘Awaiting fulfillment’ until your item is ready for dispatch. Depending on your ordered product we aim to dispatch items within 3 to 7 days though some items can take up to 28 days. In some cases our products may be shipped from our suppliers directly to you. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third party courier companies. If you require a specific delivery date, please make a note of this when placing your order.
Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with a status update as ‘Shipped’. Our deliveries are normally made through a third party courier company, please ensure that there is adequate access and they are not permitted to remove packaging or assemble the product. If you cannot be home to accept your delivery, you may leave instructions for the courier or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if the goods can be left with a neighbour or at a location around the property that your happy with. Once your items have been delivered we will send an email with an order status update as ‘Completed’.
