Delivery Cost

Delivery is free on orders over £100 to England and Wales. All orders under £100 will incur a postage charge of £6.95. Deliveries to Scotland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly, anywhere in Europe will incur an extra delivery charge. Please contact our Customer Service Team on 01245 478000 or email us at sales@regattafurniture.co.uk for more information on these delivery charges. We cannot deliver to any other international destination. Please note that delivery terms apply to website orders only, our stores operate a separate terms for delivery.

Delivery Time

Once your order is placed we will send out a confirmation email, which contains an order reference number and order status, which will remain stated as ‘Awaiting fulfillment’ until your item is ready for dispatch. Depending on your ordered product we aim to dispatch items within 3 to 7 days though some items can take up to 28 days. In some cases our products may be shipped from our suppliers directly to you.  We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third party courier companies. If you require a specific delivery date, please make a note of this when placing your order.

Delivery

Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with a status update as ‘Shipped’. Our deliveries are normally made through a third party courier company, please ensure that there is adequate access and they are not permitted to remove packaging or assemble the product. If you cannot be home to accept your delivery, you may leave instructions for the courier or email us at sales@regattafurniture.co.uk if the goods can be left with a neighbour or at a location around the property that your happy with. Once your items have been delivered we will send an email with an order status update as ‘Completed’.
