Why buy aluminium garden furniture?

Unlike most wood and teak garden furniture, cast aluminium and rattan garden furniture does not warp or rot.

Whilst teak garden furniture requires regular oiling, our metal or rattan garden furniture is maintenance free and requires no staining or oiling. It is also a better choice than iron or cast iron garden furniture as it does not corrode and rust.

Regatta’s aluminium & rattan garden furniture is designed to be left outside all year, unlike wooden patio furniture which is best stored inside over the winter months.

Is cast aluminium or rattan garden furniture really maintenance free?

Yes it is! All you have to do to maintain the look of your Regatta garden furniture is to wash it down with soapy water and rinse. It is that simple.

Will cast aluminium rust?

Aluminium or synthetic rattan does not rust.

Can I buy extra chairs?

Yes – additional aluminium chairs are easily available for your patio set. Just call us to get the best deal!

Does the price include cushions?

Usually, please study the relevant listing.

Can the cushions be cleaned?

The Covers can be unzipped and washed, this means that your cushions will last a good few seasons.

How easy is it to build a chair?

No need to assemble any of our stacking chairs as they are all assembled and welded at the factory. They just come straight out of the box and onto your patio. Most of our rattan chairs are also ready to go out of the box.

It only takes around 8-10 minutes to build our self-assembly chairs. If a chair needs assembly, this will be clearly stated on a listing.

Can you build the table for me?

Unfortunately, we can’t, but please refer to your assembly instructions page included with your furniture. A 4 or 6 seater table should only take around 30 minutes to put together, 8 and 10 seaters take around 40 minutes.

What guarantee do you give?

This depends on the product, our guarantees vary from say 1 year for a parasol, 3 years for our Malmo rattan furniture and 10 years for our cast aluminium patio furniture range.

Can I have free delivery at the weekends? 

Unfortunately not. Please contact us if you require a garden furniture delivery at the weekend, as there will be a surcharge.

Can you deliver next day? 

Our standard delivery timescale is within approx. 14 days from when the patio furniture order is received. If you need a quicker delivery service just contact us, but there may be a surcharge.

What if say my garden table and chairs do not fit my patio?
We cannot be responsible for the cost of the return of any goods which do not fit the intended place for the garden furniture or accessories, the measuring of any space is the responsibility of the customer. But you may return goods at your own expense, please see our returns policy.

Do you put the furniture in the intended resting place? 

Although we often deliver our garden furniture to the desired ‘resting place’, however we reserve the right to deliver patio furniture to the customer’s front door/or curb side drop off and this is at the discretion of the delivery driver. (We will not generally carry garden furniture through the house to the rear of the property for insurance and health and safety reasons).

What if I am not there when you deliver? 

You must inform us if you cannot be in for an arranged delivery. If a pre-arranged failed delivery is as a result of the customer or agent not attending a property then a re-delivery charge will be applicable.

Can I pay for the furniture on delivery? 

Your order must be paid for before the delivery day, unless otherwise arranged. All goods remain the property of Regatta Garden Furniture Ltd until payment is received in full

Will I get all of my order at once? 
Most of the time we deliver everything at once, but if the customer orders multiple products we reserve the right to deliver the complete order at the longest stated delivery date estimate or in various stages. At certain times of the year especially in peak season our company can take an extremely large amount of orders, and some products may appear as in stock, when in fact may have sold out, we will always attempt to deliver all of your items at the same time, but if an item has run out stock we will hold your order until new stock arrives.

I live in a restricted road, is this ok?
Please advise if there could be problems getting to your property, so we use the appropriate vehicle. We must be notified of any possible problems with access to the delivery address, e.g. narrow lanes, private gated roads etc.

What if my rattan patio furniture arrives broken? 
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged product(s), we must be informed within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. We always require photographic evidence to be provided via email to [email protected]. We reserve the right to provide replacement parts(s) or where this is not possible a complete replacement for a damaged product. Please note that a collection cannot be arranged without a customer signature. This will be arranged at your convenience. You may, on occasion, be asked to dispose of the garden furniture. Free collection and replacement of damaged goods is between Monday and Friday, a Saturday collection would incur a charge.

How long does it take for my money to be credited? 
A refund to your Credit / Debit card takes between 3 / 5 working days after the refund has been approved.

Are there any exceptions to the free delivery offer? 
For all orders up to £100.00, the delivery charge is £8.95.

For all orders up to £249.99, the delivery charge is £14.95.

All orders over £250.00 are free of any delivery charge in England and Wales.

Please note: Deliveries to mainland Scotland will incur an extra delivery charge (please call for more details before placing your order). Please e-mail us on [email protected], with the details of the products you require and your location and we will respond with a quote for delivery.

We regret we cannot deliver to the Scottish Islands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Scilly Isles or Northern Ireland.

Will you unpack the furniture? 

Unfortunately we cannot unpack your outdoor furniture or remove any packaging.
